By entering the contest, you are agreeing
to all of the posted policies: *All entries must
be emailed in JPG format. PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY THE ENTRY.
*If the entry is mailed, the money order and a SASE
must accompany the photos. There is a $1 (per photo) scanning fee for mailed entries. *We may combine age divisions
with fewer than 3 contestants with the next closest division
with the fewest entries. *Contestants under the age
of 3 years may enter the division for the age at which their
photo was taken. *Sponsors are responsible for redeeming
their donations. The Angelic Beauty contest cannot be held
accountable for sponsored prizes. *We accept entries
from international contestants; however, if a winner is
from another country, she must provide a US address or select
a sponsor prize package. *Sponsored prizes expire 2
weeks after the announcement of winners. *REGARDING
THE USE OF CERTIFICATES: The use of coupons, certificates,
and gift donations is restricted. Only one coupon, gift,
and/or certificate is redeemable per contest. *Photos
are posted by midnight (PST) on the business day following
the deadline. Contestants should check the site to ensure
that the entry is posted correctly. If it is not, please
notify the director right away.
*We cannot do switchouts without an additional fee of $1.00
per photo. **Winners MUST claim their prizes within
2 weeks after winners have been posted; otherwise, prizes
are subject to forfeiture. To claim your prize, please click
on the appropriate link on the prize page. Sponsor should
be claimed directly from sponsors. *Grand contestants
may enter the following month's contest but must submit
a photo other than the photo the GRAND win was awarded to.
*Grands may enter 2 months after their Grand win with the
same photo. *Contest fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
*Winners grant Angelic Beauty the right to use their photos
for promotional purposes. *The deadline is subject
to extension if the number of entries is deemed too low
by the director. (We will not extend if we have advertised:
NO EXTENSIONS) *Poor sportsmanship is grounds for
disqualification without a refund. *We reserve the
right to refuse an entry. In this case, the contestant will
receive a refund and explanation of why the photo cannot
be accepted. *Photo releases are the responsibility
of the contestant. *Entrants under the age of 18 may
not enter the competition without expressed consent from
legal guardians. *Photos for contestants ages 3-10
should have been taken within 1 year of the contest deadline.
Photos for contestants 10-18 years may be up to 2 years
old. Photos for contestants 19 & up may be older as long
as the photo was taken when the contestant was at least
19 years of age. If a contestant's birthdate falls
between the starting date and deadline of the contest, the
contestant may either enter the division for the age she
will be at the contest deadline or the division she was
at the beginning of the contest. *The contest cannot
be responsible for obtaining the guaradian consent. By submitting
a photo, the contestant is stating that consent has been
obtained. Scoring Details: We do select different
judges for the different contests. We cannot reveal the
judges' identities or their votes. The results of the contest
reflect the way the judges vote. *Each judge will be
asked to submit his or her 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice for
each paid competition category. The scoring factors
for GRAND and Division Supreme will be based on the following
(in order of importance) *Facial Beauty *Photogenic
Appeal *Quality of Photo *The votes will determine
the placing of the winners. *The cash prize is based on a minimum number of entries and may be pro-rated if the required number of entries are not received. Regardless of entry numbers, we guarantee that a cash prize of at least $50 may be claimed by the Grand Supreme.
